These people were great! They did everything to make me happy by going above and beyond. I dropped my laptop off and within 2 days they called to tell me it was ready. I didn’t listen to them and asked to have my computer rechecked when I experienced problems they told me I would have. They could have said “we told you what the issue was” but instead they met me after hours to take the computer back and rechecked everything free of charge. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Karl was amazing, on time and charismatic! Karl Helped me fix my pc that I thought was beyond repairable and managed to salvage more than I thought possible, while also taking the time to educate me more on the problems. I highly recommend.
