Replaced my hard drive and fixed the hardware which was chipped and falling apart. Looks and runs like new and got an updated windows which I’m getting used to, but laptop runs faster than what I remember it was when I first started the laptop after unboxing. They also cleaned it, which was a nice touch.

Brian and his crew are unbelievable. I work remotely, and one of my laptop keys were smashed. Took it in to PCW, and the entire keyboard needed to replaced. They ordered a new one and it came in a week. I brought my laptop back in, and they were done with it only an hour later, despite the fact that they were busy! Good as new. If you're looking for someone local for your laptop or phone repairs, these are your guys.

Well done and timely laptop repair. The fan on my Dell was broken and the hard drive was shot. Dropped it off late on Saturday, had the diagosis by Monday, and my laoptop back by Tuesday! All for a fair price and now it's working as good as new again!
