The BEST computer tech I have ever used to fix my desktop computer. Took the time to delete programs I didn't need and add ones that would make my computer more efficient. His rate for fixing the computer was extremely fair. I would give him a 10 out of 10. Certainly the BEST tech I have ever experienced. Also always open to answer my questions.

My experience with RCR was extremely helpful. I was replacing a battery for my laptop when 4 of the screws became stripped due to being extremely tight. John was able to safely remove each screw and replace them and the battery accordingly. It also didn’t cost an arm and a leg like it would at another shop. I’m overall very satisfied with the service I received.
