I came here with my laptop running slow hopping it could be fixed. They called me within a few days with a solution to the problem and even gave me tips on how to deal with it in the future after the fix is done and the parts were provided. They even sent me an email with links and alternative links for parts I would be needed for the computer. Fantastic customer service and amazing service. Will be recommending them to people with computer issues.

I selected this establishment for computer repair because of the customer reviews. I'm happy I did. The employees are very friendly and helpful. After dropping of my laptop, I quickly recieved an update on the problem and the solution. I would definitely go back for future service and recommended anyone with computer issues to do the same.

Outstanding customer service! I brought in my Mac on its last breath. I thought it was done for, but Mike from Taglerock was able to work a miracle! It took some time but he got the job done. My hard drive was toast so we went with a SSD upgrade. It works better and faster now! Thanks Mike !
