3 Best Storage Units in McAllen, TX

My family required a storage unit and Vanessa helped us obtain one quickly. The whole process took less than 15 minutes including setting up the payment, going over their rules and regulations, and being driven to the unit itself. The only issue we've encountered is the entryway being a little narrow due to U-Haul rentals partially blocking the entrance when we've gone to drop off items in the evening, but I assume they were dropped off outside of business hours.

I recently rented a storage space at this location. Gwen was very friendly and helpful. She seemed to actually care about her customers. That is hard to come by these days. Most places do not. If you need a storage space or anything that involves moving go here. You won’t be disappointed.

Nydia is the best. She has great customer service and has great energy. I can tell she likes her job. Their prices are reasonable and their place is very clean and has a great location. If anyone is looking for a storage I definitely recommend this place. We will have our storage for a couple more months and feel very comfortable having our stuff stored there. They get 5 stars no doubt.

Nydia is an amazing and professional manager and made me feel comfortable with getting a storage unit and rental Truck from her. I will definitely keep using penske and affordable attic and I am so happy with the quality of service and support! Thank you so much.

Excellent experience a location down the street from me did not have the space I was looking for and they called another location gave me directions and they were so kind and polite and informative. I forgot my lock so was going to return the next morning with it and before I could leave home I received a call reminding me that there was no lock on my unit. Excellent customer service.

I chose a climate controlled room, always clean and safe. I believe gates close by 10pm and no one can enter or exit afterwards. There are cameras inside and outside the storage units which makes it extra safe.

Champ was an amazing help. Went above and beyond to help me with my storage.
