I had my son laptop that need a keyboard replacement and a cleaning but a long the way they had some other issues that they had identified. They called me and explained what would be happening if this issues is ignored. We went ahead and fixed it and that way my son could have a couple of more years. I had taken it back yesterday asked my son how is it running and he says that it is amazing so much fast and so quiet. He had a long game session and no issues everything was perfect he said. The time was a little long but this work can't be rushed because there was a lot of little things that had to get done to make sure that it was flawless. I was very happy with the results worth all the money especially for my son he loves the work that was done and was impressed with everything. His professionalism is top notch sending pictures of the process and explanation of what was done and where they are and explained if there were any delays. I really did appreciate it.

Absolutely amazing tech, he managed to get my part maybe 18 hours before hand and it was available and ready by the next day. He was super helpful and super courteous and is super easy to work with. The fact he told me about the student discount spoke volumes about how he treats his customers. I would continue going to this guy for all my future issues. The fact he also has a warranty for his parts and communicates that he will honor it is also really impressive. Big kudos to this shop.

Not only did the technician do a quick diagnostic, he informed me on what up-keep I needed to do in order to maintain life expectancy on my laptop. Very quick and knowledgeable about PC hardware. I came in and explained my PC problems I was having with my GPU. He told me that it sounded like the GPU thermals were going bad, but he would do a full systems check just in case. I left a new GPU for them to install, as I was upgrading all the components in the PC anyway. It took longer for me to get a day off of work to go pick up the PC than it did for them to fix my issues. I left my PS4 controller that my dog chewed up with them to fix also. I really recommend them.

I was here about a month or two ago and this was a Great place to come and get your computer issues fixed for good reasonable prices. I had a computer part get broken and they were able to get it fixed quickly and even told me how to prevent it from happening again. I will be coming back for any other issues I have or even if I want to make some computer upgrades.

Great and fast service! Needed my HDMI port fixed for my ps5 and he had it done within an hour great customer service and great prices! I came all the way from Brownsville because of the price difference compared to other places and I will definitely be going back! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
