Furthermore, Mr. Vargas provided clear and informative explanations for the necessary repairs and maintenance at each stage. Highly recommend this company. Our AC wasn’t working and it was Sunday but they answered and came out within the hour and fixed it. He was reliable, thorough, and professional. Prices were very reasonable. Appreciate the honesty and education given to us about our HVAC system now we understand much more about it and know who to call if we have any issues

Carlos and his assistant Bobby were timely and professional. They installed a manual transfer switch to use with my portable generator. Most electricians that I called were not too knowledgeable of the install and were extremely overpriced. Carlos offered reasonable pricing with good customer service.

A great family run business in McAllen, Texas (over 40 years) that has been known for excellence and the highest standards of quality workmanship. Things are always done right with them, you can count on that. There is no one in the air-conditioning business that is better than McAllen Refrigeration.

McAllen Refrigeration is the best A/C company in the RGV. The entire staff is friendly and professional. They are honest and never try to “sell” you anything you do not need. They installed a new system along with new duct work in my home about 4 1/2 years ago. I highly recommend them for new construction, replacement units and service.

They come out fast. Robert is very polite and is very knowledgeable! I know they are going to repair it correctly and not do any major repairs without letting me know! Great service!
