Tim's Computer Repair

I took my 9-year old Dell computer to Tim because my D drive was not responding. Microsoft had been "scanning" and "repairing D drive" for over a week. He had to send it off to see if the data could be recovered, but unfortunately it could not (due to damaged platters). He installed a new 4TB hard drive for me and was so helpful as to what I could do in the future to avoid losing data. Good news! A large amount of my data was on the SSD drive and I am in the process of sorting it all and putting it on the new drive. Thanks Tim for all your assistance, your very reasonable charges and your quick responses to my inquiries! I will definitely recommend you to my friends with computer issues.
