Andrew came out on 4/22/25. This is my second time using Joyner Electric. I was pleasantly surprised at how detailed Andrew and his colleague were with my home. They treated my home as though their names were on the deed. Each step they cleaned up after themselves. Andrew always measured twice sometimes 3 times before cutting/drilling. Very meticulous, very calculating. They were on time and didn't waste time to get more money; I received a call and text before their arrival. They were professional and answered any questions I had; explained what was going on and why. Thank you Andrew for a job well done. I'm absolutely in love with the lighting. 10 out of 10, I do recommend.

Matt has helped us twice now, as we are in a new house and have experienced electrical concerns. Both times, the company got me in the same day which was such a relief with having kids and being concerned about electrical issues. Since you pay for the hour, Matt checked out other outlets in the house too! Glad to be able to feel safe after the visits.

Mr Andrew and Mr Antonio were very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable .They arrived went right to work, and I was a little anxious, and Mr. Andrew put my mind at ease. Silverback Electric is very professional (from answering the phone, setting appts,) to coordinating their electricians. The team of electricians worked well together & cleaned up debris. They made suggestions to paint the ceiling before installing the new light because the unpainted ceiling would have shown. I will be using them again.

Silverback Electric was great to work with on this project. Angel, Kelky, and Mason were very professional and courteous while working in our home. They were careful of our belongings and kept the area clean while working. Great experience overall.
