Paul with Zerorez was just fantastic-he listened well to what I most wanted done at my 88yr old father’s home, who hadn’t had the carpets cleaned in years. He understands the issues of older folks and was patient, kind, and very helpful as he diligently worked, and he truly included us & educated us throughout. I had well prepared Dad’s home, (vacuuming, clearing out closet floors, moving small furniture out of carpeted rooms) and he moved items back as he cleaned some very dirty & dust-laden carpet and an old but beautiful wool rug. I can’t praise his work, work ethic and wonderful personal demeanor enough.
I used these guys the first time years ago when I had a Tennant who was chemical sensitive. I liked their work. My carpet seems to be lasting longer than other units wher we used regular carpet chemicals cleaners.
