Joe handled my case from start to finish. Most important, he never lied to me. He made no guarantees but everything he said would happen came true. I told him I wanted a trial from day one and he never tried to get me to reconsider. I lost at trial because of a dirty judge, which Joe warned me was likely to happen. He never stopped fighting though. He continued to represent me until my case was overturned. When the prosecutor asked the Supreme Court to take jurisdiction (and they did) Joe continued to represent me, winning a 7-0 decision in my favor. Joe gave me a second chance at life. After coming back for a new trial, Joe made clear he was ready for another trial, at this point I counted my blessings and asked him to get me a plea. I got the best plea possible and am extremely grateful that Joe made it happen. Catherine was also very instrumental during this whole process and deserves mentioned.
