IMPERIAL BALLROOM DANCE STUDIO REVIEWS

We were introduced to Imperial Ballroom dancing seeing their amazing performances of the highest worldwide level on few occasions, that became highlights memories! Last year our younger daughter announced getting married in april 04, thrilled, Alex composed from A-Z Michelle and Evan’s first dance, as well as incredible father-daughter Mambo Italialiano dance, thought us as parents of the bride our slow dance, country dance, foxtrot… Such a magnificent experience every time, with very technical details and methods, to make it so much fun, we enjoyed every moment with this wonderful company and our instructor! We plan to learn a lot, and stay young and stylish, strongly believe dancing with Imperial Ballroom Dance co and their team is the way to go.

Imperial is by far the best ballroom in town, hands down! I took lessons with Alex Maslanka last year and it was such a great experience! He is an incredible dancer and an even better human. So humble and approachable. He prepared me for my first performance at the Imperial Masquerade Ball and he put so much heart into our routine to make sure not just me, but all his students felt important and confidant. I’m so happy I made the decision to call and book a lesson. I assure you, no matter the age or genre you are looking for, you won’t be disappointed. From the owners to the instructors there is so much warmth and professionalism here. Make that call and ask to book with Alex, you’ll love your new dance family.

We can’t thank Alex enough for his amazing guidance in preparing us for our first dance! As complete novices with no dance background, we were nervous, but Alex made the process enjoyable and stress-free. He was incredibly nice, professional, and easygoing, which made every lesson a delight. After just five lessons, we had the cutest choreographed routine that truly wowed our audience. We couldn’t have asked for a better instructor to help us create such a memorable moment.

My daughter did a summer intensive this year at MBA. It was by far the best experience we could have ever imagined. We have been to a few ballet schools and MBA is the best! Great teachers, friendly & enviroment, excellent communication.

My husband and I are current students. We couldn't be more impressed with our experience so far! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel comfortable and excited to learn. The instructors are incredibly skilled, patient, and passionate about teaching. They break down each move so clearly and are always ready with feedback to help us improve. The pace is perfect for our level, and we can feel ourselves getting better with each session. What we love the most is how our instructor, Julia, made sure to give both of us personal attention, ensuring we stayed on track. We also appreciate the positive atmosphere of the studio. It’s clear that the team is dedicated to not only teaching but also creating a supportive and encouraging environment for everyone, no matter their skill level. The variety of dance styles offered is also a big plus! If you’re looking to improve your dancing or just want to try something new, I highly recommend Fred Astaire, North Scottsdale. It’s been an amazing experience, and we can’t wait for our next class.

This was the greatest experience ever. We are so grateful to this studio for their time, attention to detail and care they had with us for our entire time. We would not be able to have. Beautiful choreographed first dance at our wedding without them. The staff was kind and always welcoming. A major shout out to Mateo for every lesson, laugh, and being such an incredible instructor. We have are so grateful and can’t recommend this enough to anyone, even if you have no dancing experience. Because trust me - we had none.

I called in the day before a dance date in Cave Creek to get a refresher on the Two Step. My instructor was fantastic! He not only prepared me well with the AZ Two Step and TX Two Step but also introduced me to Waltz, Rumba, Foxtrot to get me practice and comfort with following the Lead! All this in just the first lesson and SO MUCH FUN!! My date said I was a great dancer. Thank you, Fred Astaire North Scottsdale, for being the terrific studio you are! I recommend them highly.
