The staff was genuinely friendly and have a sense of humor. Knowing that the likelihood of dealing with skin cancer, is in front of you, it was refreshing to have Dr. Retterbush treat you as a Doctor and a person. He came highly recommended and I understand why. Not looking forward to hand surgery but I am at the right place.

Dr. Retterbush is excellent - after fighting with acne for over 6 years, nothing worked until I came to see him. I barely have a pimple every few months now. His staff is also great, very kind and helpful in case of any issues with my medication or scheduling appointments with my university schedule. Would strongly recommend.

Dr. Retterbush is outstanding. He is easy to talk with and takes time to discuss and listen to his patients. He treated my wife and I both and we have nothing but praise to speak about him. His staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Today was my first visit, with Dr Lluba. I arrived 30 minutes early as requested to do papaerwork, and was called back right on time for my appointment. Dr Lluba was very professional, and went over all the possibilities for my condition. She explained the biopsy process and provided me with the proper after care instructions.

I find Dr Jane Ilube to be knowledgeable, personable, and professional. I came to my appointment prepared with all the research I had done. She knew exactly to what I was referring. I recommend her and this efficient practice to anyone seeking a dermatologist in the Athens area.

Dr Jane lluba is “very user friendly”. Great bedside manner. She answers questions and is very knowledgeable in her field. The wait was short and all was taken care of in a nice, orderly fashion. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a Dermatologist.

Recently had a frustrating situation that the Doctor and team handled gracefully and with kindness. My boys are both patients here and the medical staff are kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and do a great job getting to the root of the issue. I appreciate them working through the issue we had and doing so with grace. I appreciate, even more, that the medical team is thorough and made my boys feel comfortable. Definitely recommend their office and if you ever have a concern, they are honest and helpful.

I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Chastain to anybody in need. Every single staff member has always treated me with kindness and compassion. I suffer from a horrible and very painful condition. Thanks to Dr. Chastain's treatment, I am now in my 6th year of remission. The doctor and her associates gave me my quality of life back. I cannot express how much that means to me.

I absolutely adore Dr. Joy Chastain and all of her very friendly staff. I felt very welcomed as soon as I walked through the door! If you are wanting a place for all your dermatology needs and aesthetics, this practice is for you!!! Couldn’t recommend enough.
