New patient experience was efficient, easy, friendly, and dependable. Can't ask for anything more. I had a few follow up questions by phone, and they responded quickly and resolutely. I almost went to another local provider, but they buried me in paperwork prior to the first appointment and had me signing agreements to extra fees that my insurance should have covered. It was enough of a red flag that I searched for a new office and am so glad I found AFV.

They know how to take care of patients and they know what's best for your eyeballs! The prescription they gave me was different from the last place I went and I could see so much better... in both contact lenses and my new glasses. And they got me my glasses in the same day. All around great experience.

The staff is friendly and courteous, and each doctor is absolutely phenomenal. From the moment you call to schedule your appointment through the entire visit, you are treated with kindness and respect. I visited Thomas Eye Center today and came away genuinely impressed. From the moment I walked in, the team set the tone, i.e., professional, welcoming, and simply kind. McKenzie, Mattie, Kennedy, and others created an experience that felt both seamless and personal. That doesn’t happen by accident. What stood out most, however, was Dr. Sampson Abu. His humanity and humility are unmistakable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, with a level of care and consideration that you don’t always see. You could feel it; this is someone who truly puts patients first. As a result, my wife and daughter will be seeing him as well. Well done to the entire Thomas Eye Center team. This is what excellence looks like.

Dr. Abu was a excellent doctor. He was very patient and kind. This was my first time going there. Now they have a second provider it is easier to get an appointment. The medical assistant was a supreme customer service representative. She is in school for nursing. I know she will make a good nursing because she has tender compassion and patience. I felt very comfortable with her. I have never seen such a medical assistant! I feel she is overqualified for her position. She is extremely intelligent! She is a Godsend to Thomas Eye Center.

Dr. Abu was great - patient, kind, and took his time to explain everything clearly. Overall, would highly recommend! The office is also very nice inside.

First time patient as my previous provider closed. Took me on time for my appointment. Dr. Jon has a wonderful and friendly staff. He was extremely thorough and discussed the best option for my next pair of glasses. Glad to have found my new home for my eye care needs.

Recheck for a spot on my eyelid...It's always a good experience with Dr. John taking care of you. He is pleasant, professional, and so calm-mannered. The entire office staff is a delight.

AWESOME place. It is worth the hour + drive to have my ocular convergence issue managed. NO matter how busy they are, they are attentive and caring.
