I highly recommend Dr. Lee at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation in Sunnyvale. I am always impressed by her professionalism when discussing my skin health. She is incredibly patient, takes all the time needed to answer my questions thoroughly, and I never feel rushed during an appointment. Additionally, her staff is excellent. They are always very responsive to my emails and helpful with any questions about appointments. It's a top-notch experience all around.

Dr Lee is efficient, friendly, takes the time to explain what she is seeing, explains different treatment options available and their pros and cons. The treatment I received from her for the one issue I had was completely successful. Highly recommended.

Dr. Helen Lee is fantastic! She is extremely friendly, runs right on schedule, and takes the time to thoroughly answer every single question. I really appreciate her attentive care and promptness.

I feel fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Martires. Her depth of knowledge is impressive and I'm confident that treatment plans are the very best they can be. Her attention to my concerns and her communication skills regarding them are unparalleled. Her staff is very proficient and efficient, and both Doctor and staff 'go the extra mile' in providing superb healthcare.

I highly recommend Dr. Katryn Martires! She is a great dermatologist, very professional, attentive, and thorough. She truly takes the time to listen to your concerns and is extremely conscientious in her care and follow-up. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. The office is also well-run, and the overall experience was excellent.

My first visit with Dr. Martires. She was very engaging and took time to explain my concerns and questions. I felt very comfortable with her recommendations. Also, she is very easy to talk to.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Duy Tran for about one and a half years for a skin condition, and I’m very thankful for his care and guidance. My case wasn’t simple, and we tried several different approaches over time. Dr. Tran was always patient, took time to explain options, and adjusted the treatment as needed. We eventually found an approach that worked well for me, and the improvement has been significant. He’s knowledgeable, thoughtful, and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a dermatologist who truly cares about their patients.

The Best! Dr. Tran cares about his patient… He listens and sincerely wants to find a solution to a problem. I’ve sent two people to him. One was a complicated case who had been told there was no hope with her Skin disorder. He gave her hope! Not to mention is treating It and It’s slowly getting better! His integrity, Knowledge and compassion isn’t seen a lot with some of the newer generations Of doctors, unfortunately. We love Dr. Tran.

As usual, Dr Tran was very professional, warm, thorough, and supportive . He helped me get the special medication needed with patient assistance program. Really appreciate the care and support he and his team have been provided to me. Highly recommended.
