David made it quick and easy. He was referred by so many people before us. Me, My mom, a guy from the train, and the guy that referred him. Being from LA, and his location in Moreno Valley, he gave me a list of things to provide before I came in, so I only had to come in once. You will need to take 2 online tests, not too difficult, pay for the cheapest one. He allowed postage mail, if coming in was difficult. We came in 2 hours early on the in person appointment and he still took us in immediately. For court, it is over phone, way easier than video. I was super scared, until I listened to case and case before me, and realized I was fine. The info he needed from me took a few days to gather. I would def use him again. His pricing is great. He was thorough in his communication, and was a hands on communicator; meaning he made the calls personally. THANK YOU DAVID!! I appreciate everything!

I was in need of a great bankruptcy attorney. As it turns out, the best attorney out there was in my home town of Moreno Valley, CA and yes, it is Attorney David A. Akintimoye. Robert Kochis was the best lawyer I could have asked for! He was patient and kind and always led me down the right path for my situation. At every turn he would patiently explain all the possible outcomes that could happen depending on what route I wanted to go. I never felt in the dark on what was happening and I ALWAYS felt that he had my back. He kept me calm when my ex was crazier than usual! His staff is wonderful and very responsive!

With an office right inside the Moreno Valley Superior Court, they were impressively efficient in handling responses and expediting requests. The entire staff is friendly, and Vitto himself is highly responsive and extremely knowledgeable. I only wish I had found them sooner! I will absolutely use their services again in the future.
