I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend K9 Off Leash and specifically, Alex D as a trainer! I was very nervous about leaving my puppy with a “stranger” for 2 weeks. However, the process couldn’t have been more smooth. Weekly, detailed report cards containing; his progress, videos, images, training notes, and training tips. With that, a detailed take home book with helpful tips and training habits. Alex walked through the training tips and guide with me to find out what would work best in my daily life and what would benefit my dogs training the most. Outside of an incredible training program, great communication, and amazing tools/tips for take home. The results are proven on DAY ONE of take home. My dog is completely different— in the best way. His behavior towards training, his ability to listen, and attitude to leadership is SO MUCH BETTER. Like I said, I HIGHLY recommend this program and Alex D. I have a very happy dog who is much better behaved!

We had high hopes that Off Leash K9 would help with our reactive Portuguese Water dog - and they over delivered! Laurie was extremely helpful. Answered all of our questions, sent pictures, kept us well informed for Payton’s 2 weeks away. After only one day, we were shocked with how much better Payton is. Off Leash was terrific - prompt, thorough, and clear. And the result was great. Our curious and playful springer spaniel will listen to us now, which means we can enjoy her even more! Laurie is such a good trainer that I’m thinking of sending my human children to her.

I'd highly recommend Dog’s Best Friend to anyone that’s interested in learning how to better train their dog. I’ve read countless books and been through several other training programs in the Milwaukee area, but Chaz’s knowledge and instruction was heads and shoulders above the rest. He was able to quickly break down behavioral issues we’ve been struggling with for years into simple exercises that have improved my dog’s behavior dramatically. Now it's a pleasure to go on walks, meet other dogs, and explore new places with the confidence that my dog will be well behaved. Thanks Chaz!

I took my dog here (2 Year Old Pit-bull) and saw great improvement after the first few lessons. He was incredibly aggressive but after the training, he’s a different dog. The homework can seem tedious and time consuming, but it’s necessary to see your dog improve. Chaz not only helps you train your dog, but train YOU to improve as well. Would definitely come again if I get another dog.

We brought my 4 year old border collie here after he had bit a neighbor. We were on the verge of having to put him down until we found Chas. He has been a literal life saver! My dog is a completely different from the dog that we brought to Chaz 2 months ago. I couldn’t recommend him enough.
