Listen, planning a funeral for Aunt that had no kids, besides the niece that she considered as her child. Paradise took away all the noise away they insured me step-by-step, and everything that I chose was the right thing. I read contracts everyday as an occupation. They read & held my feeling’s down had my back every step of the way. Pastor Ben & the entire staff @ Paradise was a God sent.. It took a moment for me give a review, but they had my back even when the whole family was against me. My aunt got cremated and even though she was being put up in Graceland, they still asked would you like some ashes for yourself ashes to ashes dust to dust.. They helped me more than they will ever know. Auntie Linda in heaven smiling down we did that babe.

Very professional, caring and thoughtful. They were amazing at helping in the services, We have been using them for a few of our last 4/5 transitions, our family was natural looking and the transitions were different, meaning they were not all natural passings, we were given the freedom to get my sister ready for her service. Things went wrong during the process, it was on our end. Example we missed the original deadline for the clothes, the were patient, we were given a strict deadline which we made. The person who was supposed to do her hair canceled, so we had to improvise, they were patient and understanding, accommodating…I could go on and on…but this your final see you later so there are no do overs…I would chose them again…I love Shania she is the best!

The setting was lovely, and they were supportive of me bringing in my own personal touches. I had a pianist and vocalist, and they were helpful with their set up. They played recorded music during visitation that were mom’s fav songs. They let me provide Italian refreshments to personalize the experience. I loved the recording of the service! It was effortless. What I remember most is the end, when I was brought into the office and handed Mom’s ashes and cards; it was handled with incredible respect and empathy. It’s been a year, and they have reached out occasionally to offer resources such as grief support and commemorative articles. I cannot say enough about the people whom work for Max A Sass and Sons. Our family has gone through them with several of our loved ones whom have passed and we will continue to use them in the future.
