My experience with A1 was great. It was way better than I thought it was going to be. The person who came out to help with my garage was Christopher. He was a great guy to work with and talk to, he helped me point out the things I need for my garage and made everything very easy to understand, and gave me some great pointers to keep my garage in tip top shape. After working with him I’m an A1 guy for life. If I need anything or any help with my garage I know who I’m calling. 10/10 service and would recommend to everyone. I got new cables, drum bearings, new wheels, my adjusted sensors, and new springs for my garage.

Christopher Suchla pointed out our current garage opener was over 30 years old, yikes! He said we could let it ride and take our chances or he would be able to replace it today. He explained all the options very well and installed the new opener. He also helped us set up the app and showed us the camera feature. He answered all of our questions and explained common reasons why the opener might now work, along with their simple solution in fixing it. Happy to be living in 2025!

Overall, a positive experience! My garage door had been failing to close with the remotes for a few months on and off and I finally made an appointment on a Saturday for the next Monday. On Sunday, the opener broke completely! Karma! The tech showed up on time and informed me that my 30 year old opener was kaput! Needed to be replaced! He said it would take about two hours and explained the difference between the models. Good, better and best. Sort of sticker shock but then again, I haven’t purchased a garage door opener since…. Never!! He was done on time, cleaned up and explained everything! I now have an app on my phone to check if I left it open and a keypad outside! Very nice!

Easy service both with the tech and the customer support. I was informed of the issue and provided recommendations on how to proceed. The tech did the job within about 30 minutes, and now my door works better than ever! I highly recommend these guys if you require service, and I plan on using them in the future if and when needed! Very impressed from the service from A.N.D! Recently purchased my first home that came with a detached garage. Garage door rails were very bent, rollers were misaligned, and was a manual up and down garage door. Had gotten a quote from another company who suggested to replace almost everything when adding in an opener, at a pretty penny. A.N.D guys were very transparent saying what was needed and what may wear out but is ok for now. Within just over 2 hours the guys had new rails in, full installation of new opener, and door tuned up and rolling smooth. Cost was very reasonable for the work done. Very impressed with the professionalism and service!
