The ladies are so gentle and sweet. They are the cleanest and most affordable sandwich shop in Glendale! You can customize your sandwich based off of the menu items. And they're everything bagel is so flavourful. I got a turkey and cheese w avocado sandwich. I haven't tried the actual donuts yet, but they sure know how to make a delicious sandwich. The service was so nice too. They all wore masks and was def covid 19 friendly and safe by following the guidelines.

We had a great late-night experience here. The breakfast burrito was great, and the breakfast sandwiches were also delicious. The gentleman that served us was really nice, and took great care of us. I would definitely come back here again.

Was excellent! Great quality in donuts! They are fresh, delicious, a good variety and anything else is very good too. Sandwiches and juices. The staff: Rosa and Alma are super friendly and courteous. I highly recommend it!.

Amazing people and donuts. We came here twice while on vacation and it was always very fresh. I love the feel of the place with older gentleman having coffee and donuts, just hanging out. The staff is very friendly and she always gave a couple extra donuts. They're very good!! Prices were reasonable (cheaper than the day old ones you could get at Ralph's).

Lovely people working her, fresh donuts at a good price. What more could you ask for It is across the street from a middle school and the intersection can be treacherous but, for my money, best donut place in the area. I get a dozen donuts from them once a week and they always give me extras. Very sweet people.

Big Jim's is the best donut shop in Glendale, hands down. The staff is always friendly, jovial, and helpful. The donuts are fantastic (they make the only old fashions that I like), and they always try to make you feel special when you shop there by throwing in some donut holes or an extra donut when we order.

I love it. The donuts are a bit too sweet for me but it might be perfect for you. If you don't like donuts, then you should definitely try the croissants (is that what they call them Sorry, I forgot what its called. Its with ham and cheese). The workers are also so friendly and they aren't excessive in their service where they try to convince you to try things. They always make you feel welcome and are great to make conversations with.

They have the best donuts in town! I would drive out of my way to get them. The staff is super nice too!.
