I started my case with another attorney but I didn’t feel confident in the direction things were going and was being encouraged to settle so I went looking for a new attorney cause I felt I could have got a better outcome after switching to Morris things changed right away he was able to get me a much better deal very quickly which gave me a lot more confidence moving forward Throughout the process he was professional knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly He made sure I understood my options and always felt like he actually cared about getting me the best outcome After I completed my probation I came back to file to have my charges reduced and he went above and beyond and was able to get everything dismissed that was huge for my future and I’m extremely grateful I highly recommend Morris to anyone who wants a lawyer who will really work for you and follow through all the way to the end again I really appreciate everything.

She is one of a kind- prompt in answering emails, calls and inquiries, approachable, honest, straightforward, witty, pro active. We’ve only met for a short time, she listened, had genuine concern, and had acted right away. My case was resolved in less than half an hour. And even after that, Julia still reached out when she has concerns. And she only charged reasonable fees. Words are not enough to thank Julia for what she has done. I was arrested for driving under the influence and hit and run. I hired Berkeley DUI attorney Dan Roth because he was straight forward with me in my consultation. My alcohol level was .30, three times the limit. The police officers violated my constitutional rights. Mr. Roth told me to be patient, did research and drafted and filed with the Court a Motion to Suppress. The District Attorney’s Office opposed the motion vigorously. Mr. Roth cross-examined the police officer before the Judge and the Judged ruled in our favor. The Judge suppressed all the evidence, concluding the officer violated my constitutional right and dismissed my case. I would highly recommend Dan Roth Law Firm for anyone charged with a DUI or a criminal offense.
