I would highly recommend Jay. I had my DUI in 2018 and it was a hit and run as well as following too close. Jay was an amazing lawyer all throughout the process. Most of my court dates he was able to waive my appearance. He is always honest and straightforward. He worked out a great deal with the prosecutor on my case. I was bad at communicating with him but he still kept me informed on what was going on. Every decision on my case he would let me choose between my option of what I wanted. All of it through was on my decision. He’s very knowledgeable in his work and he has fought for me throughout the process of my case. One time I was late to my trial and he was able to convince the prosecutor to extend it and they did. He explained everything to me on my case and he is an amazing attorney and very professional. If you find yourself looking for a great lawyer that would fight on your behalf, someone that is an expert at his work and knows the law. I would highly recommend Jay Norton. He would be your best option!

I got arrested on charges of a DUI and never thought I would be in that situation. I never had a ticket in my life and was in a situation I didn't need. Next morning I called 3 lawyers, Jay being the last one. First one said to look up a case in which someone didn't get off their charges but said I had a case. Next one told me he would represent me but I was going to bite the bullet on it. Jay called me on a Sunday and said straight up that he could win my case and has won it before. I chose to go with him on that he actually win it for me. 4 months later, my case was dismissed from Overland Park on a DUI case which is highly unlikely. He was communicative and kept me up to date on every step of the way. Also the price was fair and within the 3 lawyers I contacted, it was competitive. Also, I didn't have to be present at each hearing which was nice. I never leave reviews for services but would write one easily for Jay.

Jay Norton: professional competence and expertise demonstrated. Personable, responsive, detail oriented - if you’ve got the scratch I'd say Jay’s your best bet.

I didn't even have to go to court and when it was all done I even got Some of my money back, You never see that all attorneys are crooks, That just goes to show you that Steve is a genuine honest hard working guy who's here to help you, wish I could put 10 stars , 5 isn't enough!!!!
