Carteia has been a wonderful asset to our family while dealing with an unfortunate situation from a daycare that our neurodivergent toddler attended. Sadly, we hired a different representative for our case (before we ever knew about Carteia!) who mishandled everything and wasn’t being upfront with us about what was happening.
