Carteia has been a wonderful asset to our family while dealing with an unfortunate situation from a daycare that our neurodivergent toddler attended. Sadly, we hired a different representative for our case (before we ever knew about Carteia!) who mishandled everything and wasn’t being upfront with us about what was happening. She took our call and helped us to understand where things were and what our next best options would be and gave us peace during a time when we were completely frustrated with our representation and the legal system. She’s been a compassionate and caring advocate and reference for a case she isn’t even a part of and we are so thankful for being introduced to her.
