He is admitted to practice law in Virginia and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. He is also licensed to practice before the United States Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Norfolk and Chesapeake Bar Association and the Virginia State Bar. Mr. Stallings has developed extensive legal experience over nearly 25 years of practice.
