My first visit with Dr. Townes went great. I'm happy to have her on my care team. She listens and went over what my PCP sent to her. I was referred by my PCP's nurse practitioner. Dr. Townes changed my thyroid meds and put me on metformin for pre-diabetes. That's more than what Dr. Goncalves did for me. Dr. Goncalves didn't want to offer me metformin; all he did was a CGM for two weeks, and that was it. Dr. Townes is probably the only endocrinologist that has listened and been proactive with my hypothyroidism and my pre-diabetes. I'm very happy with her.

I am a new patient for Dr. Townes. I cannot say enough good things about my first visit. Her genuine and authentic approach is comforting and relatable. I truly felt like I mattered and that she cares about my health and well being. Her team has actually gone above and beyond to ensure my insurance covered a needed medication that they would not cover at first. I for the first time in a while feel like I have an advocate for my health.

Dr Towns is a very caring doctor She’s very professional and thorough. She took the time to answer all of my questions. ... When I left she gave me a complete written report of everything that we had discussed I highly recommend her.

Checking in was easy. Staff at front desk were kind, clear speaking but efficient. Nurses in the back were easy to talk to. Dr. Pino was very thorough. I am a diabetic of over 48 years and need a strong management team.

Jorge Pino and his staff are awesome people, I've been going to Dr. Pino for 38 years and he's been a awesome doctor and also my new Nurse is awesome and very helpful on different things for me to do or try.

Dr pino iz a amazing dr he cool chill and always gets the job done just luv diz guy recommend him for anybody dat has diabetes.

I absolutely love Dr Goncalves. He always takes plenty of time to listen and then form a treatment plan. In my difficult diabetic case he always studies all my lab work and searches for a more effective way to treat me. It's very refreshing to have a doctor like him! So very thorough.

Dr. Goncalves is the BEST Endocrinologist! He has been treating me for almost 20 years . He is very knowledgeable and attentive with his patients. The staff there are friendly ss well. 5 star service.
