I have been seeing Dr Haenel now for three years. His staff is very friendly. Nurse was a pleasure to work with. Met first with a visiting doctor who was very thorough before seeing Dr Haenel. Dr Haenel not only goes over my test records but also my other health history. Takes the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for an endocrinologist.

Awesome Dr. He listens to what you have to say. I admire his honesty , integrity and kindness. Dr Haenel will not pull any punches about your well-being. So be ready for his constructive advice about your health.

Eventhough this first visit with Dr. Haenel was online, I felt as if I was in his office. He is thorough, professional, explained everything in detail and gave me plenty of time to ask questions and generally put me at ease. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who may need an endo doc.

My husband has been seeing Dr Yacoub for years to keep his diabetes under control. Dr Yacoub educates my husband on what to eat and what not to eat and when to eat it.Dr Yacoub has referred my husband to a dietician in the past. He takes what time is necessary to explain what needs to be done as far as using his meter. He will go up or down on his medications depending on his A1C number. He is knowledgeable in his field of practice. Thank You Dr Yacoub!!! We Appreciate You....

Dr. Yocoub is the most knowledgable and kind endocrinologist I’ve ever me. He’s obviously well skilled and educated, however it’s his approach to the delivery of medicine. He has such a kind heart, a compassionate spirit, and truly Worked with me to consider all facets of this better health journey that I am on. From taking time to provide menus for better eating, to truly having basic level discussions, where I can understand labs as well as the meaning and importance of each test. He spent time with me that Did not seem rushed, and gave me apple time to ask questions. He is a godsend and I am so happy that human being, not just a physician.

Dr Yacoub was very thorough. He listened to my issues and did not rush. Very caring! It's been a week and I already feel much better! Would highly recommend.

I am a Type I diabetic and have been for 18 years, I have been seeing Dr Patel for some time and I am so very thankful for his patience, support, encouragement, and even being stern when I needed it.When I came to Dr Patel my A1C was crazy high and he said you’re killing yourself and I know he was right. Dr Patel had recommended an insulin pump which I resisted at first but I am so glad that he stayed on me until I gave in my A1C is almost perfect now and I attribute my success mostly to Dr Patel… Dr Patel thank you for caring so much it has made you a great doctor.

I have type 1 diabetes and started recently going to an endocrinologist through roper St francis. She is an amazing endocrinologist and really listens to my needs and helps me adjust my insulin with my carb ratio. Anytime I have a problem I can always get a hold of my endocrinologist through the MyChart app and they respond very quickly. I never have a problem with any doctors that were Saint Francis recommends or send me to.

I love this practice. Staff very nice. Dr. Haenel is fabulous. Very friendly and professional. He's looking after me and my health and wellness. Thank you Staff and Dr. Haenel.
