My husband has been struggling with hearing loss. His audiologist referred him to a different ENT for an unusual “growth” on his left eardrum. The ENT had no idea why the eardrum looked unusual and prescribed an antibiotic. For two months we kept going back for more follow-up and received more prescriptions for these expensive antibiotics. Finally, the ENT referred my husband to Dr. Pickett. He is very personable & professional. He examined both my husband’s ears & immediately diagnosed & resolved the problem. It was not a growth, but a build-up of debris, which he removed. He also had his audiologist give my husband a baseline test & gave us a lot of helpful information about my husband’s type of hearing loss. My husband and I are extremely pleased with care he received.

I can't begin to tell you how grateful and how fortunate I am to have Dr.Pickett. He was extremely personable and made me comfortable right away. He took his time, did not rush me and was extremely thorough. He answered all of ma questions and addressed my concerns honestly. . I'm fortunate he is my doctor!.

Dr Pickett is the best cochlear surgeon in NM, my ent at va referred me to him after diagnosing a difficult implant (bone growth) it was successful by the Grace of God..

Dr. Mudd is an OUTSTANDING ENT doctor who has done a couple procedures/surgeries on me. You won't find a better doctor who cares about your health than Dr. Mudd. He even showed up at midnight to do an emergency surgery on me. He is caring, smart, wonderful bedside manners and has been a huge asset to my health.

Dr. Mudd is my favorite doctor in Albuquerque. He’s kind, knowledgeable, and seems to actually like talking with patients. He clearly explains things and doesn’t beat around the bush. He also didn’t push surgery on me. I’m sad that I don’t get to see him anymore since all my issues are gone. Lol

Dr. Mudd explained my case to where was understanding to where I was at peace at what was happening to me. Surgery was successful and I'm happy at the end.
