Every staff member in the ENT office are phenomenal. Always greet you with a smile and help you feel comfortable even in uncomfortable situations. Dr Telisak has been amazing in my journey of breathing and feeling better too.

Extremely friendly, and did a great job with making me feel like my input mattered, and that he cared about my care plan! Made me feel at ease about immunotherapy.

Dr. Telisak is extremely personable and works very well with children. He made my daughter feel very comfortable.

Back in 2018 I went to see Dr. Gailushas about a lifelong problem with my sinuses. I am pleased to say that Dr. Gailushas diagnosed the issue, corrected it with a surgical procedure and I no longer suffer from this previous ailment. I would 100% recommend Dr. Gailushas if you are looking for an amazing Otolaryngologist! First, a little background. Previously, I had two other sinus surgeries from two other Otolaryngologists prior to seeing Dr. Gailushas, with little to no improvements. Every year my Spring and Summer seasons would be miserable even though I was on weekly allergy shots. My prior Otolaryngologist retired so I thought I'd try out Dr. Gailushas to see if he could help at all. We tried several non-surgical options first, which helped but was not the cure-all. Dr. Gailushas gave me the option of surgery, which he explained in terms I could understand, and I agreed to go that route. WOW, all I have to say is that this doctor knows his stuff! It's been over four years now and I've never had any sinus issues since seeing Dr. Gailushas! He is an amazing man who is one of the top doctors in his field. He has an excellent bedside manner, listens and explains his diagnosis so the patient understands the pros and cons and can make an informed decision.

Met Dr Gailushas in an emergency situation in the OR late one evening. He explained everything that was going on and was very thoroughly before they started. His knowledge & delivery were very comforting. His explanation afterwards was just as thorough. Great bedside manner and great follow up!.

Dr. Gailushas is exceptional! He takes the time to explain what’s wrong, answer all your questions. He will make sure you understand everything before you leave. His staff is also awesome! I would recommend to anyone. He Rocks!!.

Dr. Giesler was amazing! She performed a surgery to repair a nasal valve collapse, and a turbinate reduction for me. She took some cartilage from my left ear, and fixed my nose. It has only been a month, but this surgery was life changing for me. I went from not being able to breathe, to being able to breathe again, and my results will only get better from here, as I continue to recover. She has an amazing spirit, and bedside manner. I highly recommend her!.

In an emergency situation when none of the surgeons with similar credentials in the Cedar Falls/Waterloo area would take my case, Dr. Geisler Spellman did. My care was outstanding. Highly recommend!.

Great comforting atmosphere. We communicate very well and I respect her opinion. I would recommend her to acquaintances and friends. Keep up your great work! I love my PCI’s!.
