Dr. Glaser helped my child through a three year journey, which started with chronic ear infections and related temporary hearing loss and eventually ended with healthy ears and perfect hearing. Along the way we had many many appointments, two rounds of tubes, and an adnoidectomy. What I loved: 1) In house audiology, no need to make separate appointments for this. 2) It was fairly easy to get an appointment with Dr. Glaser when I needed one, even last minute. 3) His bedside manner is decent. Have I experienced better? Sure. But I still had no major issues and I think he actually improved in this area over time. 4) Respectful dialogue with parents- working with Dr. Glaser felt like collaboration. He listened and made suggestions but was not pushy or condescending. When I chose to go the route of less intervention for my child, he was supportive, explained risks, gave options, and ultimately did not judge. 5) The nurses and office staff are really sweet and helpful. What I didn't like- Plan to be there for a while. I don't think I was ever seen on time.

Dr. Glaser is an excellent diagnostician and surgeon! Well worth the trip to Hoboken. Doesn’t rush to surgery, tries non-surgical options first. Explains things really well and takes the time to answer all questions. Ensures that his patients understand their diagnosis and treatment options. My son’s ENT issues have resolved after surgery, thank you Dr. Glaser!.

I also find him to be incredibly intelligent and skilled in his profession, which enabled trust in the process and all recommendations. I’ve recommended Dr. Tandon to several colleagues because I thoroughly believe he’s the best doctor to not only perform your sinus surgery but also be there for you during the milestones before and after.
