I saw Dr. Sena several times from about 2012-2015 and she was always very professional, thorough, and extremely helpful. She was great at evaluating my symptoms and providing an accurate diagnosis and treatment options. In 2015, I decided to try to wean off Prozac (not prescribed by Dr. Sena), something I felt I no longer needed and that I had unwanted side effects from. I worked with Dr. Sena for almost a year and slowly weaned off the medication entirely. The process was careful, safe, and thorough. I haven't needed the medication since. Years later, I am sitting here very grateful for her expertise and care.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Sena for over 5 years and she made treatment easy to get and she makes sure there’s no obstacles to getting that treatment by being incredibly accommodating. I do not have insurance and yet the cost is affordable and has no hidden charges. It also hasn’t jumped higher at random. Not having insurance and the cost of healthcare is a major issue when it comes to trying to take care of yourself. I’m just glad that when it comes to my mental health, I don’t have to stress or worry over the inability to afford help. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Sena. She also really puts the time in in the beginning to get to know you and more importantly monitor your progress.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sena’s for over ten years and I couldn’t be happier with the care and comfort that she has provided to me over the years. She’s been there for me through many different ups and downs in my life. I could not have asked for a better Psychiatrist. I recommend her unreservedly.

Dr. Chandak is the only psychiatrist I have ever encountered whom I did not want to strangle &/or request that his/her license be revoked. She was thorough, patient, respectful and not at all condescending, listened carefully to my questions, concerns & description of my situation and made thoughtful, responsive suggestions and also warned me of potential difficulties and pitfalls. I consider myself extraordinarily fortunate to have had Dr. Chandak assigned to me during my stay at the Christ Hospital Voluntary Psych Unit. And I think it is a terrible loss to me and other people who cannot find a psychiatrist who is actually helpful to patient's well-being, because she does not have a private practice outside the hospital.

Dr. Chandak is fabulous. I always feel better after talking to her, my outlook isn't as dark as it was when I walked in. That's what everyone, I think, wants when they see their psychiatrist. I like her style. She is thoughtful and direct and that works for me.
