DOUGLAS HOLMES, MD, FACS - ENT & AUDIOLOGY ASSOCIATES, PLLC REVIEWS
We love Dr. Holmes, great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. (Holmes) taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options with my daughters. Highly recommended.
We’ve been going to Dr. Holmes since my son was 3 years old! He is now 10 and he is still the best!!! Very forward, open, and most important he treats EVERYONE the same, regardless of age, ethnicity, or how they “pay” we all receive the upmost respect. The lady that sits in the office that schedules surgeries & discuss billing is amazing & so patient! The best ENT!
Thank you so much for everything Dr. Holmes and staff. My son had a tonsillectomy last month in hopes it would help his snoring, he is 23 and has snored loudly for years. I could tell his quality of life was suffering due to lack of sleep so we tried the tonsillectomy. He is now a silent sleeper and appears to have more energy during the day. I’m also willing to bet his future wife will be grateful as well. Thank you again.

MATTHEW D. ELLISON, MD - DUKE OTOLARYNGOLOGY OF RALEIGH REVIEWS
Hands down the best MD I have ever seen. He performed the Inspire surgery and have been very pleased. If I had a question or concern, he would most likely respond after hours and we would communicate through Duke My Chart.
I have many autoimmune ailments going on through the past years. The worst one being Sjogren's Syndrome. During Christmas holidays I awoke early one morning with my right jaw so swollen it appeared as though I might have a baseball in my cheek! The pain was acute. After going to Duke Raleigh ER, they referred me to Dr Ellison. I had a major bacterial infection in my Saliviary Gland caused by a stone. I will not go into gross details, but Dr. Ellison and his super staff healed me with his spot on treatment. It was not a short process and for two weeks I was very ill! To say that he was kind and understanding would be an understatement. He explained the treatment and was just an excellent and knowledgeable physician. I highly recommend Dr. Ellison for his skills and knowledge in treating autoimmune diseases.
After 15+ years of being told I had chronic asthma, Dr. Elllison determined it was an airway blockage...he did Surgery to open the airway and could not be MORE pleased!! He gave me my life back.

CALHOUN D. CUNNINGHAM III, MD - DUKE OTOLARYNGOLOGY OF RALEIGH REVIEWS
Couple years ago we went to WakeMed for a second opinion for our child's second time ear surgery. Because of the complication of the procedure, doctor prefers us to see Dr. Cunningham who is well known and very well respects by his peers and other surgeons. We glad we took his advise. Dr. Cunningham is the best. we are very fortunate to have his care for our child and it's great experience. The procedure was more complicated than It was seen. We glad that we had Dr. Cunningham and his team there. We had many follow up and it's always great.
Dr. Cunningham III, MD is so wonderful to their patients. He takes the time to answer all your questions and make you confident in moving forward with surgical procedures. I am a 30 year old stay at home mother to twin boys and lost most of my hearing due to Otosclerosis. I just wrapped up my sec stapedectomy this year with Dr. Cunningham and had fantastic results. My hearing is back to 100%!!! So thankful for such a great team and so thankful for modern medicine. I highly recommend you go see him!!
First and foremost , I heartily thank Dr Cunningham for restoring my sense of hearing into normal range of frequency. He did a wonderful job and truly care his patients well-being. He is extremely professional and his dedication to serve better and work with his patients is beyond measure. As you all know, for decades I had a history of hearing loss on both ears; it started from mild to severe loss; been consulted by four Specialist doctor from different states and overseas; went under surgeries for eight times (4x on right and 4x on left); every surgery the prognosis unfortunately were not good enough; wore hearing aids on both ears from custom-fit to high tech air-canal aid. My life with hearing aid is not really a contentment or comfortable but most of the time a bit of frustration and felt low self esteem. NOT until I met Dr Cunningham thru my provider’s referral. Within months, he performed surgeries on both ears ( right side first and then left side the following year). Consequently, the prognosis is remarkable by far that hearing’s frequency went up just below normal range. And VOILA, I do not wear hearing aid no more! I feel wonderful and very happy. Dr Cunningham, thank you very from the bottom of my heart. Your good nature and caring helped me gain my confidence. I am feeling great as I feel ready for every day challenge. Lastly, I thank Above for having you and yes, you are God’s love song to whatever you do and wherever you are. God bless you and your family and your staff.
