Saw Dr. Zapalac for a hearing issue in one ear and was not sure was to expect. Office staff accommodated quick appointment scheduling, paperwork and insurance to fit my day. Check in was straight forward and I was seated for an exam very efficiently. The doctor was able to diagnose and even resolve my issue quickly and with great “bedside manner”.

Dr. Zapalac and his staff are very cordial and spend time with you. I have been a patient for many years along with my two sons. If you ears, nose or throat is bothering you, please visit Austin ENT.
