Dr. Dennis was thorough and informative, as well as friendly and professional. All the tests were easy and helpful to give me the most accurate information about my eyes. I strongly recommend Round Rock Vision as a place for excellent eye care.

I have always had a great experience at this office. The receptionist and employees are always so professional and greet you with a friendly customer service experience. The doctors are phenomenal. They care and always give the best feedback to every question I’ve had. I have been going here for years, And I plan on keeping it that way.

The office staff is welcoming and efficient. Dr. Dennis is awesome. He takes the time to listen to concerns and then asks further questions to make sure the right prescription is ordered. It doesn’t take weeks to get in to see a physician.

I had a great experience at my recent optometrist appointment. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the check-in process was smooth. The doctor was professional, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer my questions. I felt comfortable throughout the exam and appreciated how thorough it was. Definitely recommend for anyone needing an eye check-up or new glasses!.

Dr. Mei was absolutely amazing. I have never had an optometrist be so thorough in an examination. Took his time explaining every detail and I felt like he truly cared about my eye health. I do not usually leave reviews but he deserves all the recognition! The front staff were patient with me and all my questions before coming in and his assistant in the back was great as well. Wonderful team!.

Dr. David Mei and his staff are absolutely stellar! Very knowledgeable and professional! Having worn eyeglasses for more than 50 years, I have had vast experience with multiple doctors/practices. I could not recommend this practice, and more specifically Dr. Mei, more highly!.

It was really good talking to the doctor. They answered all my questions. All the staff and everyone was very personable. The staff member named Layde at the vision center was very helpful in purchasing my glasses. I didn't think the insurance would cover it and she said let's check. It covered half my glasses and I was thrilled with the whole experience today. Thank you very much.

I’ve been coming here for over 15 years (aside from one year when my insurance changed), and they continue to be phenomenal. From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you warmly, guides you through every screening, and makes the entire exam experience comfortable. Even after moving away, I still choose this location because the level of service is truly unmatched. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They explained everything very well and consistently asked if I had any questions throughout. They were also very encouraging and patient when performing the dreaded NCT (air puff test).
