I have worked with several law firms over the years, but I found the Alabama Elder Care Law Firm the most outstanding. Ms.Sawyer, Ms. Taylor and Ms. Cranford are amazing. They actually listened to hat I needed and then delivered a flawless product. They took the time to explain items in detail. I always felt like I was their most important client and they answered all my questions. This firm really cares about their clients and makes them feel welcome.

Highly recommend Bill Nolan and The Alabama Elder Care Law Firm. He took time to explain what documents I needed, ask questions to determine my wishes, guiding me through the legalese to ensure the proper documents are in place. At signing, Bill again explained what each choice meant before it was signed and initialed and presented everything in an organized tabbed document that will be easy to access for those who will be using it. Thank you for your kindness.

My husband and I recently used Alabama Elder Care Law Firm to update our estate planning documents after we moved here from another state. We purchased an estate planning package for couples. The price seemed reasonable for professional legal services. We were able to get a consultation fairly quickly, and the documents were completed within about a week for us to sign. Mrs. Eastwood and her staff are excellent. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I had a problem with family after my mom passed. She wouldn't take it to court as I was already handling things correctly and it would be just a waste of my money. Can you imagine! A lawyer that is honest enough to not take you because it would not benefit you. I was stunned. She also wrote a letter for me stating the business at hand so I could give to my family. I didn't use her this time (thank you Lindsey) but I will be back to write out my own will.

Going through probate after the death of a family member can be overwhelming. Lindsey made the probate process simple and saved my loved one's estate over $60K in creditors' claims. Can you imagine my relief in releasing this financial burden from the estate I'm still in shock that every single one of the creditors' claims was dismissed. Thank you Lindsey Eastwood for your commitment and dedication in settling my mom's estate.
