“ John M. Jolley is certified by the South Carolina Supreme Court as a specialist. He focused his practice on Estate Planning and Probate Administration law. John holds a J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina, which he earned in 1998. Before that, he completed his undergraduate studies at the same institution, obtaining a B.A. in Government and International Studies in 1994. John practiced in Richmond, Virginia, and Alexandria, Virginia, before returning to South Carolina in the fall of 2000 and is licensed in both South Carolina and Virginia. They will craft estate planning documents to clients that provide clear directives and minimize potential conflict.
