After years of procrastination, I took the first step toward “getting my affairs in order” by attending a Claire Yanowitz estate planning presentation. Impressed, I made an appointment on the spot to meet with Claire’s firm. The attorney assigned to me was Adam Nelson. I brought years of fear and dread to our first face-to-face meeting. I was rattled and anxious. Adam was pleasant and calming. As I nervously attempted to convey my disorganized thoughts, Adam listened intently, occasionally asking thoughtful questions. When I returned for a second meeting to go over the documents that had been prepared for signing, I was able to tell Adam how efficiently and precisely he had expressed my wishes. He is not only an effective legal communicator, but he is also a pleasant and calming presence. Adam was able to put what for me was an overwhelming and daunting process into perspective. He was patient, kind, encouraging and professional.

We found attorney Claire Yanowitz to be very honest and thorough. Claire provided very clear instructions on the decisions we needed to make for our estate plan and guided us through the steps to create a plan that will benefit our family and meet our goals for charitable giving. Throughout the process, Claire took the time to answer all our questions, we never felt rushed, and she made it clear additional help was always available going forward. The staff at the law office was also very friendly and professional. A very positive experience overall and we can highly recommend this law office.

Claire Yanowitz and the team working with her were excellent as we worked to get a full estate plan accomplished. She and the group were very organized and met with us as much as necessary to answer all questions and make the documents crystal clear, so we understood how each part of the plan worked. She accommodated our schedule every time we needed to meet or discuss something. Finally when we came to sign all the paperwork, it was incredibly efficient as Britta led us through every page and explained any last questions. Overall an excellent experience.

Danielle was an absolutely amazing attorney. She won handily both times we had to go to court over my custody agreement. She was more than available whenever I had questions, and was a perfect representation for me and my family. I wouldn't trust anybody with my children's future with me more than this firm.
