We contracted Eventures for a conference of over 500 people in OKC. We ordered a lot of rentals that were delivered on time with staff that was very helpful during setup and breakdown. Courtney, the Event Planner & Designer, was wonderful to work with during the whole process. She gave great insight into the deliverables we were looking for and was able to provide recommendations that were exactly what we were looking for. We could never have pulled off our day without Meg Owen! She and her team are on top of their game, incredibly talented, and so professional. We hired her for event design and floral, and she did not disappoint! Through a flower shortage (thanks, Covid) she created the most beautiful structures and arrangements. She called the shots on our big day and everything was seamless. Leading up to the wedding, we had ample meeting time to discuss wants/needs and go over all details. She introduced me to many of the vendors I ended up using (and loving).
