2026 Update: Will Rogers Gardens Exhibition Center has building with atrium and meeting spaces for garden clubs and events. It includes public art installations such as “Mother and Daughter” fountain, Will Rogers bust, and “Seed” sculpture. This park has a 2-acre seasonal flower garden originally built as a rose testing garden with thousands of roses."

Very beautiful! This was my first time going to this park. I am a dog trainer working with reactivity issues in alot of dogs and this park is great at providing areas to give space and make room when need be. You will see Grizz and I here with my clients more often!

Made a visit to the garden while visiting from CA. This place is huge and offers a variety of plant species as well as some local wildlife. It’s a nice place just to walk, get your steps in and disconnect for a bit. There were workers tending to the grounds while I was there and the garden is kept very neat and clean. There are restrooms in the information building that were nice and clean, as well as a drinking fountain with a spout to fill you water bottle.

Very informative and absolutely stunning! Everything from turtles, koi, rabbits, and birds can be seen here. Oh and keep an eye out for all the hidden Gnome homes! Highly recommend for EVERY family.

OVERHOLSER PARK REVIEWS

Rented the small covered pavilion for a family gathering, turned out to be a great choice. Very nice and relaxing venue, everyone enjoyed the amenities and the park was well maintained. Definitely recommend and would use again.

Love coming here with my kids. There's things for kids of all ages and they offer summer passes for the family. Both my toddler and preteen love coming here and staff are pretty friendly. Have been coming here for years and never have had an issue with the staff, facility, or pool.

Clean park, the prices to rent a pavilion are not bad either, here are a couple of pictures of the area we rented, the restrooms were very clean also.

OVERHOLSER PARK REVIEWS

Beautiful, peaceful area. Lots of parks around the lake, and 2 different paved trails. Great for walking, jogging, biking, fishing. Park benches located throughout the trails. Several port a potty’s, but they aren’t very well maintained and I suggest bringing your own wipes/tp.

My first visit and this place was so serene. I was there with my friend just walking, talking and it was peaceful. Very pocket friendly and family friendly. Fishing is allowed however I don't know if you need a license. This place is definitely a historic building. I think the city should invest in cleaning it up and taking down the hornets nests. Definitely a place with historical value.

It's kept clean and useable for the most part. Ya always gonna have people damaging or misusing things. Easy access beautiful sunrises and the fishing is decent at times.
