These people have been so kind and attentive, and the atmosphere is modern and cozy. I have only had positive experiences with staff members, from the front desk to the assistants to the doctors themselves. The staff genuinely seem to enjoy working here- that kind of culture matters so much. I have had an eye issue that has been bothering me for over six months. I went to a different eye doctor back in October, but I felt my issue wasn’t taken seriously. I decided to come here for a second opinion, and even though they couldn’t figure it out right away, both Dr. Crowder and Dr. Adams took my eye pain seriously and scheduled follow-ups, sent meds quickly, and were fast to respond and schedule quick follow-ups and troubleshoot when I had further issues! My family and I have been patients at Crowder Eye Center for years. The optometrists are excellent! They utilize great technology, perform thorough exams, and are very kind. The opticians fitting glasses are also very professional and helpful! The admin team up front is top notch! They respond to texts, emails, and phone calls promptly and always get my questions answered. We really appreciate the care we get here! Also, the update inside of the office is beautiful! Love the decor and comfortable waiting chairs!.

We love Crowder Eye Center, and look forward to our appointments every year. I appreciate that they can see the whole family together, just makes life easier. This year we had the opportunity to work with Dr. Prodan, and she was wonderful! Also, the staff is always kind and helpful. Needless to say, we are big fans of Crowder Eye Center.

Very good experience all the way and in all aspects. My first time with them and so glad I did. Dr. Carlson was very professional and knowledgeable. The diagnostic equipments are highly advanced I think, more than I have ever been thru with other providers.

The exam was thorough. The staff was friendly and professional, and they went out of their way to accommodate my husband’s mobility issues. Everything was explained to us, and we didn’t feel rushed. We would recommend this office.
