"Dr. Thai Tran earned his first bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences at UCSB. He continued his studies at Nova Southeastern University, College of Optometry. He earned his second bachelor's degree in Vision Science and his Doctor of Optometry Degree. Dr. Tran has provided eye care to Orange County and the surrounding cities for nearly a decade. He is Glaucoma Certified, Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents (TPA) Certified, Controlled Substance Registration Certified, and Paragon CRT Certified. Dr. Tran is responsible for LASIK patients' pre-operative testing and post-operative care. He is currently the directing optometrist at Atlas Optometry.

I have terrible astigmatism and Dr. Tran was able to prescribe and fit me for the the correct lenses for glasses and contacts. I can see so much better at night. My previous optometrists could never fully get the strength right on the spot. Seeing clearly at night is such a game changer. The service overall from both Dr. Tran and Lisa were excellent. Booked quickly and was able to come in soon after. They also had the style of glasses I wanted!.

The office is nice and clean, the lady in front was attentive and patient when I was picking out my new glasses 10/10 recommended . Usually other eye doctors are inpatient or get mad for some reason when they are checking my eyes and or asking questions but this eyes doctor was very nice and comforting the whole time we were checking my eyes.

Great office with superb service! Have been a consistent patient here for 5 years, I trust Dr Tran for all my optical needs. Super friendly and it’s always a positive experience for me when I come in for an appointment.

The doctor was incredibly helpful, informative, and super friendly throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything to me, from the health benefits to how to care for the lenses, which made me feel at ease. The staff was also great! They were very patient and walked me through how to put the contacts in and take them out until I felt completely comfortable. By the time I left, I felt confident that I could handle them on my own at home. If you’re new to contacts or just looking for a great eye care provider, I highly recommend them.

Very professional, knowledgeable and kind workers. Appointment was right on time with no waiting and they knew exactly what my inurance would cover. Great experience especially when Ron helped me to pick out the frames. He was amazing.

I have been going to Pacific Coast Optometry for several years and as usual the service was excellent. The staff are extremely pleasant, and I feel confident I am receiving good care.

This place was recommended by my sister. The staff was really nice and understanding as it had been a few years since I got my wires examined. The doctor was a respectable handsome young gentleman. Very professional. I had to get my eyes dilated and the staff made sure to inform me of what it was going feel like to wait times limits with the whole process. I got some really beautiful frames.

Dr. Safarik and his staff are so kind! They take the time to explain the treatments and make it a wonderful experience! I just started session one of IPL for ocular rosacea and I’m looking forward to seeing the results! Highly recommend this practice!.

Great service. The front desk and staff are pleasant, courteous, and professional. Dr. Safarik is a great optometrist and is very good with his patients. He is thorough and explains what he will be doing and answers all questions. I’ve been coming here for years and would recommend it to anyone.
