My visit to Dr Spencer's office for prescription glasses and frames, was a breath of fresh air, thanks to their commitment to patient care. When I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a perky "may I help you". The technicians were personable and very welcoming. The glasses selection was vast and stylish, but navigating it was a bit overwhelming. The technician, a fashion wizard with a patient heart, walked me through the entire process. She considered my face shape, lifestyle, and preferences, suggesting frames that flattered and fit. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision, and ultimately left with a pair I adore. My visit exceeded my expectations not just with medical expertise but also with their positive environment and emphasis on patient well-being. They made me feel like more than just a number, but a valued individual with unique needs. If you're looking for an ophthalmologist office that prioritizes both comprehensive eye care and exceptional customer service, look no further than Dr Spencer's office. They're not just checking your vision; they're helping you see the world in a whole new light. Five stars, without a doubt.

My vision has never been better! I did a lot of searching beforehand and ultimately decided Dr.Spencer was the best fit for me. I absolutely adore his team. They made sure I was well taken care of even after I left the office. If you’re on the fence about doing a risky surgery, consider stopping by their office for a consultation.

Great experience from start to finish. I got lasik here nearly a year ago, and still have no complaints. Dr. Had a wonderful disposition, and spent time to make sure all my questions were answered. Received wonderful service from Aubree at the front desk, and Alaina during the surgery. For a procedure that made me a bit nervous, this office was responsive, informative, and professional.

Dr Chandler is great. I remember when I didn't take the eye Dr Seriously But then met Dr .chandler everything I thought before went to the birds Dr Candler is great and very noticeable when get to know him. I've known him for almost 30 years.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chandler for many years and am always pleased with his care as well as his office staff. When I lost a contact yesterday, they gave me a loaner the same day and an appointment today, and squeezed me in for a follow-up before Christmas. I appreciate this patient-friendly practice and highly recommend them.

I scheduled my mom for a diabetic eye exam with CVP and an appointment was made with Dr. Erickson. Dr. E. listened to my mom’s concerns and addressed them to her satisfaction, which is a welcomed outcome given the consults she has received from Kunesh. My mom typically prefers a MD v. OD, but I’ve not heard one complaint about her interaction with Dr. E. Dr. E. also assured her that if she ( Dr. E.) found any glaucoma concerns, CVP has specialist on staff. Dr.E. and my mom seemed to be a good match and Dr. E. didn't discount her eye issues, which goes a long way in earning her trust that she is getting the best eye care.

My eye was very irritated and so itchy. I called CVP office and the scheduler got me in with Dr Erickson that afternoon. My appointment was great with Dr Erickson and her assistant Catrina. She examined my eye and immediately diagnosed my problem. A prescription was sent in to my pharmacy of choice. Dr Erickson was very helpful and kind. She treated me with respect and listened to my concerns. The prescription she gave me resolved my red and irritated eyes. Thank you.

Not only did the doctor do a thorough exam, she answered all my questions and concerns and was extremely professional. She and her staff were very attentive and kind.
