I’ve been seeing Dr Smith on an off for about 10 years for 2 issues that I have, the attention to detail from Dr. Smith and staff is exemplary! I have questions regarding my medical condition, they answer, I ask questions regarding pain meds or procedures, it’s explained & sometimes meds are prescribed, I prefer appointments at a specific location and they do their best to accommodate my request. I’ve been extremely happy with my care & the doctor and his team!

Him and his team are caring and very professional. I have hope of feeling better and this gives me hope!

Townsend Smith is one of the BEST doctors out there PERIOD! he listens to what you're saying and is very accommodating, happy, upbeat, definitely a people person. His staff is awesome, they all make an office visit there a great experience, highly recommend! He uses a floroscope as he inserts the needle so it ends up exactly where it needs to be w minimal discomfort

Dr. Soin's office staff is amazing!!! Coming from a patient new to the practice and not knowing what to expect, his front desk receptionist was so kind and comforting and with her pleasant smile, why be concerned? She put me very much at ease. Dr. Soin was more that helpful, understanding, and with a very understandable diagnosis and treatment plan explained. A fine gentleman who engages confidently with his patients. Once diagnosed, his procedure appointment receptionist was ever so helpful. Her cheeriness was more than pleasant. She gave me an appointment right away. The next day, I returned for the procedure. Again, everyone involved with my tremendous care was wonderful!!! From the receptionist to the nursing staff to the actual nurses in the operating/procedure room were very professional and encouraging. Ener Dr. Soin. His magic hands provided a painless procedure that did not take very long at all. I was pleasantly surprised that it was over so quickly. After receiving my after care instructions, I left with a huge smile on my face, appreciating the super quality of care. My primary care physician told me how good is he and he "told no lies!!!" Thank you to his entire staff for taking such good care of an aging man.

Listens very well and is good at addressing your problems. I had an issue the first time and when I mentioned it on my next injection they knew exactly the reason why and it was much smoother. The whole process is efficient but still attentive. The staff is also all very personable.

We met with Dr Soin after my last back injection and he put us at ease about what the next step should be and what to expect. Dr Soin puts you at ease, explains to you what he is doing, what to expect and you feel as if you matter to him...that he really wants to help you. After years of back problems, injections, surgeries, chronic pain, etc..I have found the best Pain Management doctor for me.

Dr. Shahid has been fantastic to work with. He sincerely cares about his patients and listens to the needs of the patient, takes the time to actually understand what's going on, and offers comprehensive solutions.

Had unbearable pain from botched open heart surgery done in 2019. Had dozens of ablations done on chest nerves after chest recon surgery at the Cleveland clinic I was in such pain. Oxycodone only relief but got so tired dealing with pharmacy. Dr. Shahid suggested the installation of a pain pump.” I agreed to proceed and everything has changed in my life! Dr. Abdul Shahid is one of those doctors like very few others. He listens to the patient very well, he tries to get to the root of the pain and not just the symptoms. He is not in a hurry like other doctors who don't even look at you, he tries to pay full attention and listen to the patient.
