Dr. Soin's office staff is amazing!!! Coming from a patient new to the practice and not knowing what to expect, his front desk receptionist was so kind and comforting and with her pleasant smile, why be concerned. She put me very much at ease. Dr. Soin was more that helpful, understanding, and with a very understandable diagnosis and treatment plan explained. A fine gentleman who engages confidently with his patients. Once diagnosed, his procedure appointment receptionist was ever so helpful. Her cheeriness was more than pleasant. She gave me an appointment right away. The next day, I returned for the procedure. Again, everyone involved with my tremendous care was wonderful!!! From the receptionist to the nursing staff to the actual nurses in the operating/procedure room were very professional and encouraging. Ener Dr. Soin. His magic hands provided a painless procedure that did not take very long at all. I was pleasantly surprised that it was over so quickly. After receiving my after care instructions, I left with a huge smile on my face, appreciating the super quality of care. My primary care physician told me how good is he and he "told no lies!!!" Thank you to his entire staff for taking such good care of an aging man.

Listens very well and is good at addressing your problems. I had an issue the first time and when I mentioned it on my next injection they knew exactly the reason why and it was much smoother. The whole process is efficient but still attentive. The staff is also all very personable.
