For my first time ever purchasing glasses I chose the convenience of OptimEyes and I am so glad that I did! Many people told me to purchase online, they said it would be faster and more convenient, but I wanted the personal touch of meeting with someone in the store and not the gamble of finding a pair that suit me online. When I arrived at OptimEyes, Faye and K’Loni greeted me with bright smiles. I am so glad I listened to my gut, because the customer service that I received from Faye and Anthony was above and beyond what I expected. They were kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and I walked away feeling excited about my purchase! Coincidentally, it was Faye’s first time working on that side of the counter and she was so efficient. She asked me what I was looking for and she brought me a handful of options. I have frames for now and the next time I need a pair. I would encourage every one I know to shop at OptimEyes at the Henry Ford Hospital.

I came in to the office and Anthony was the only person who greeted my son and I . He was very patient and eager to help us out. He chose frames that actually were his style without even know him. He gives real dedication to his work and I truly appreciate him for it. 10/10 recommend Anthony to everyone.

I have been going to Henry Ford for years, but this was the first time I saw Dr.Hamon and he was great. He's very knowledgeable and easy going. I’ve been going here since I was a child , I’m almost 30 and i will CONTINUE to come back the staff if always so friendly and welcoming and fun every visit I laugh and talk with everyone I come in contact with to where it doesn’t even feel like an appointment I feel like I’m just visiting a friends or family house and getting my eyes looked at is just a bonus , my absolute favorite place for eye care .

I love this place. The people that work there are super nice and attentive. I've been going to this place for over 25 years! Dustin is my favorite person. Thank you optical world for everything stay blessed.

Very pleased with service. Treated me like I was going here for years. I was in & out and I was a first time patient. Staff super friendly!.

Kind staff, very knowledgeable dentist. Caught my MD at a very early stage and sent me to a great retinal practice. Did my cataract surgery many years ago and still going strong! 5+ stars!.

Always a pleasure to see Dr Shanbom for my yearly visit. His expertise, conservative approach, kind demeanor, and thoroughness keep me coming back. He and his practice are most definitely worth the drive.
