For years, I struggled with glasses and contacts, and the freedom of clear vision is incredible. Dr. Crane was fantastic throughout the entire process. During the consultation, he was incredibly thorough in explaining the procedure, answering alll my questions patiently, and making sure LASIK was the right choice for me. THe staff at the practice were also friendly and professional, which helped ease any pre-surgery jitters. The LASIK procedure itself went smoothly, and Dr. Crane constantly ensured I felt comfortable. Now, thanks to his expertise, I have perfect vision! Dr. Desai and her staff are wonderful. I've taken my 89 year old mother for treatments the last 4 months and we're very happy with the doctor, staff, and facility. Dr. Desai and her staff take their time with my mother, explain everything clearly, and don't push unnecessary treatments. It seems to be a busy office so sometimes there's a little bit of a time spent in the waiting area but because they treat her so well, we don't mind that much.
