From the moment that I checked in for my annual vision appointment until I walked out, everyone in Dr. Winston's office was warm, friendly and very helpful. Dr. Louie is always amazing. She took time to explain everything and it was just like visiting an close personal friend. Isabel in the optics area was absolutely wonderful. She even repaired two older pairs of glasses for me while I waited at no additional cost. She was extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me select just the perfect frame and lens combination. Very satisfactory visit.

Dr. Winston and his staff are very professional and kind. I have had many billing and procedure questions, and they have continued to answer them all in detail, with a great attitude and endless patience. I look forward to scheduling surgery in the coming months. Shout out to Linda and Lilly who are SUPER!.

Dr. Winston and staff were efficient helpful. I got my appointment soon. Had my surgery sooner than I thought I could. His calm demeanor and insightfulness gave me the confidence to have the surgery done.

The staff are so nice and helpful and even helped me find the frame I wanted that we thought was discontinued. They always make me feel welcome. The doctor was amazing. She was patient and answered all my questions and I didn't feel rushed. Great experience.

The service at this office has always been excellent—and I've seen more than one optometrist. They are attentive and competent—for regular eye exams and other eye issues.

Wendy at the front desk was so helpful and awesome. Such great customer service. It was fast, efficient and lovely ! Thank you.

He and his staff are professional and I'm thankful for his expertise in eye exams, contacts, picking the perfect frame for me, etc... He also accepts most major insurance vision plans. I highly recommend Dr. Chiana Eyecare Center for all your vision needs.

Dr. Chiana is a wonderful optometrist. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. His office staff is so personable and helpful, letting me try on all the glasses I want and giving me advice on which ones I should get. I always look forward to my annual visits.
