Dr Waki and staff are very professional, it was a very well run office and he is such a genuinely nice and caring physician, these are hard to find. He knew what my issue very quickly and how to treat it I was prescribed the necessary medication and on my way out. If you are looking for a down to earth ENT that is really good then you found him. This is my choice and I am glad I found him. He treated my wife last year and she was very happy with Dr Waki and all the office staff. Thank you for the swift diagnosis and my wife and I will be using this doctor from here on.

My husband is his patient and I accompany him during his visits. Dr. W is very personable. My husband says that Dr. W walks on water. We are very fortunate that he is my husband’s doctor.

Dr. Waki is an excellent doctor. Took the time to listen and took necessay tests.Very patient and kind. Highly recommend him.

I had a really good experience here. Everyone was very friendly and Dr Kao had wonderful bedside manner and explained everything thoroughly. He did an endoscopy right then and there and made it very easy, quick and comfortable. After having an issue that was worrying me, he really put my mind at ease. Thank you Dr Kao.

Dr. Kao is simply the best! He takes the time to explain and answer questions outlining the options for treatment. He is patient with your concerns and addresses them calmly even though you might be alarmed with the situation. His team is also responsive to emails and calls in between appointments.

Very happy with this ENT doctor and all the personnel work there I’m been a Patient from 2022…. Going back for for any issues a have with Doctor Kao.

Dr. Sugihara is a great ENT. I first saw him for an ear issue which he treated quickly and and completely. I have also been to him several times now for a vocal cord problem. He is very pleasant and caring with his patients and very knowledgeable. He always gives you plenty of time for your questions. He has an excellent staff, especially Amanda, his assistant. She is so nice and helpful and never makes you feel like a bother. Excellent office.

I visited Dr. Sugihara for left ear pain related to acid reflux and allergies. He and his staff were wonderful. It was my first time seeing Dr. Sugihara and I’m ever so glad I did. He was a thorough listener, and polite expert who explained my situation thoroughly. I needed a scope procedure done in office wherein Dr. Sugihara patiently and carefully talked me through each step of the procedure. He’s a great physician. I highly recommend visiting him if you want to see a doctor whose both excellent and caring.

Doctor Sugihara is a excellent doctor. I do not make it a practice to take time for reviews but he was well deserving of one. Great bedside manners, listens to what you are saying and seems to truly care about his patients. He would get a 10 star rating from me if I could.
