DR. KEN KAISCH, PH.D - CONSULTANTS FOR CHANGE AND TRANSITION REVIEWS
One of those very rare therapists who both helps you uncover and resolve the root causes of those delusional thinking/feeling habits that keep us stuck AND offers very concrete, applicable advice on achieving change. I really like that he has a huge repertoire of methodologies - talk therapy, hypnotism, visualization, cognitive-behavioral, Jungian, Freudian - married to deep intuition honed by years of experience, which he can use to customize therapy for each person. One of the reasons I chose him is that he will help you use your own religious beliefs to ground and strengthen healing. He does individual and runs women's and men's groups, which are nothing like what you might have seen on TV - they actually work! He is patient and compassionate, but kicks butt when you need it, and has a wicked sense of humor, too. I've seen myself and others work past deep-seated obsessive behaviors, grow artistically, personally, intellectually, and in relationships and careers. Great psychologist.
I just wanted to take a second to put in words my humble appreciation for a man that has helped me in ways no one else could, and I'm sure there are many others out there that can account for this. Dr. Ken Kaisch is that man. I've been seeing Dr. Kaisch for just about 6 months now, and prior to me meeting him, I was suffering severe anxiety, anger, and other issues. With his vast knowledge and creativity, and has relieved me of these ailments.
Very personable. Explains his treatment process clearly. Gives real advice. Comprehends the day to day difficulty of anxiety.
