I had my first exam with Dr. Heather Oman and could not be happier with the experience. I had previously gone to MyEyeDr at Friendly and felt like the doctors there did not care about my experience and just wanted to get as many patients in/out as possible. That was not the case at all with Dr. Oman. She and the rest of the staff were patient, and listened to all of my concerns. I left feeling very good about my optical health and with the ability to see clearly! I also appreciate that I was not forced to purchase a year supply of contacts at the end of the appointment. They want to make sure you are comfortable with the fit and feel and this makes Oman Eye Care stand out. I will definitely be coming back for my next appointment.

Every employee here loves their job and their patients. Dr is amazing and very thorough and his assistant is so kind. The receptionist is always professional and kind and the staff in the optical center is amazing too! I wouldn't trust my eye care to anyone else than Oman Eye Care. Thank you for providing top notch care and service which is not something easy to find nowadays! You are all awesome and appreciated.

Upon arrival the receptionists were very patient with clients. The young lady who took my eye exam was very good and professional. When Dr Fox came in he was very pleasant and took interest in my visit, not only that but he explained things on the screen right then and there (that has never happened before). He also was very thorough and did not rush the appointment. And I cannot forget the checkout staff. I recently visited Fox Eye Care Group at the Friendly Center and had a wonderful experience. Dr. Fox and his associates truly exemplify professionalism throughout the entire exam process. During both the pre-exam and the acuity exam, several technical terms and medical jargon were used. However, Dr. Fox took the time to make sure I understood what each term meant, explaining everything in a way that was easy to grasp. This attention to patient education made me feel comfortable and well-informed about my eye health. I am very glad I chose Fox Eye Care Group for my eye care needs. The staff was courteous, and the environment at the Friendly Center location was welcoming. I highly recommend Fox Eye Care Group and especially appreciate the care and clarity provided by Dr. Fox and his team.

Excellent service. I went to LensCrafters to get a new set of glasses, but discovered that I needed a new prescription. They managed to get me in at 4:30pm for a same-day eye exam, and I was done in about an hour (with appointments ahead of me!). The two ladies at the front are wonderful, and the doctor was incredibly professional and explained everything. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone.
