Had LAL on both eyes last week a day apart. My left eye was 20/25 the next day! Unfortunately my right eye had a corneal abrasion so it took a few days to clear up but is catching up to the left eye. I will wait another 3 weeks before starting treatment for the correction mode with laser. The process was smooth and well communicated throughout. I was given information to read and instructions to follow as well as "what to expect" which helped alleviate some of the stress of the unknown. The staff is great and the procedure is painless. Follow ups with Dr. Catanzaro (optometrist) were quick and he answered any and all of my questions. I will give final feedback when all is said and done in May but so far I have nothing but good things to say about everyone at Optima.

I’m so happy with the results of my ICL surgery!! Dr Mandel was highly recommended by a work colleague. I was nervous but everyone in the office was helpful and friendly! They said “take your time deciding. When you’re ready, you’ll know!” I am so thankful to have found Dr Mandel and his team - highly recommend.

Every staff person provides excellent care. Dr Mandel was highly recommended by my optometrist and I now know why. Had cataract surgery and the healing process has been good.

I was a patient of Dr. Pope for many years. He saved my mother's eye sight from macular degeneration by referring her to a specialist when another Dr. missed it. Dr. Z is great. My hope is that she does not retire anytime soon. She is professional, unhurried, and treats me with respect. Her staff gives patients a full battery of tests before seeing her which others don't always do. Staff helped me save money on my frames and didn't try to "up sell me" to more expensive models. Five stars all around.

My recent experience at The Optometry Center in Hayward was absolutely awesome. Raquel, Paulina, Magdalen and Dr. Zhublawar (aka Dr. Z) are all super friendly and professional. Patient care was thorough and efficient. This is my second visit with Dr. Z. Each time I received excellent patient care. Wait time was also efficient. Thanks to ALL for your great patient care, it is certainly much appreciated.

Bilingual English and Spanish staff. Great advisors, I got my polarized sun glasses with prescription and I love driving with them. Thanks a lot. Always make previous appointment for eye exam, frame selection or adjustment.
