Dr. Lillian Tsao has been my 91-yo mother's PCP for many years, and she is very knowledgeable and caring. When I message her in the portal, she or her PA responds within 1-2 days. She also errs on the side of caution and orders necessary lab tests -- one of which detected a UTI that we didn't know my mother had. She has also referred us to a reputable neurologist who accurately assessed my mother's cognitive condition. My mom and I trust Dr. Tsao's expertise and advice. She also asks great questions and listens well to our concerns.

Dr. Tsao treated my aging father for almost 20 years, and she was always wonderful for him. My father described her as friendly, curious, kind, gracious, and empathetic. Recently, to be nearer to family, my father moved away from Alameda. His biggest regret about moving is that he can no longer be cared for by Dr. Tsao. Thank you for your wonderful care!.

Dr. Tsao is very knowledgeable and is a wonderful Dr. She was very attentive and understanding to my needs.
